Del the Frog - Bult for LifeTridel is proposing Tridel Built Green. Built for Life.® communities for 2490 and 2500 Bloor St W. to join other Tridel Built Green. Built for Life.® buildings that are on track to be LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) registered.

One Old Mill will have many green features including a green roof and a solar thermal array for heating water. Suites will be individually metred, materials will be low off-gassing and continuous ventilation will heat recovery. Tridel has had three communities achieve LEED certification wth Nuvo 2 at Kipling Subway getting certified LEED Silver, Verve at Jarvis and Wellesley getting LEED Gold and Renaissance of Richmond Hill certified LEED Silver.
